  Bought the Fabuwood flat-pack DIY cabinets and could not be happier. A quality, easy to assemble product. Nicole did a great job in designing the layout to our specs. The granite installer made two mistakes. 1st the slabs picked out from the granite yard were not used and 2nd the edge treatment received was a 45 angle and not the pencil edge we chose. This was on the fabricators, not the Cabinet Factory Outlet. When the first piece of granite was brought in we noticed the problem and contacted Jane, the installers boss. We had 2 ways to solve the problem . We could send it all back and wait another 2 weeks for the new granite to be fabricated or negotiate a price reduction for their mistake. Rather than do without a sink and dishwasher and counters for two more weeks since we had company coming within the next two days, we negotiated a price reduction. Cabinet Factory withheld payment to the fabricators until the problem was resolved. Most people would not give 5 stars unless everything went perfect I gave 5 stars because although it didn't, the problem was fixed to my satisfaction. The cabinets and Factory Cabinet Outlet in Ocala get 5 stars without a doubt. Mark & Beth D.
