  I wanted to exchange a pure water filter for a Brita filter and the manager Mary told me no with a sarcastic attitude she told me I needed my receipt. I told her I threw it out in the garbage and I didn't want to return it I just wanted to exchange it but she lie to me and told me the only way it's with a receipt which all she had to do was put it in a money card and let me get the Brita filter it would have been a even swap. Don't appreciate the sarcasm attitude and lying to customers.
