I don't regret my decision although it was a little pricey. Considering the before and after of my shower though I think it was worth it since they guarantee a lifetime of maintenance if something goes wrong. The entire staff was sincere and wanting to help. If it wasn't for Cody following up with me I probably wouldn't have made the commitment to go through with it because I've never done this before and I can be very skeptical of businesses trying to rip me off. Their sincerity is what sold me, not just their product.
