  I have bought literally thousands of dollars of fabric from Jo-ann's Fabric. In my business we do acoustic sound dampening and use Fabric and foam quite often. From this point on, I will pay double rather than shop at Joann's Fabric ever again. I was in The Cutting line, awaiting to have some fabric cut while I was waiting and the person in front of me was being served I said I'm going to go bring this bolt back and I'll be back at the desk in a second. Before I could turn completely around the person behind the counter snapped at me and said you're not putting that back in the right place just give it to me. I have not had a chance to even completely turn around, to see which aisle I needed to go into to put the bolt back. I will not be abused, I will not be snapped at while I am trying to get something done I was being polite and helpful and was rewarded with aggression and abuse. This person, Emily is not qualified to work in public service. And if Jo-Ann's Fabric cannot have employees who are friendly and helpful then I can shop on the internet. Many times I have been in line waiting fabric to be cut and said the same thing. Austin the person behind the counter will say, no that's all right we'll put it back, or I know right exactly where it goes. Always in a friendly and helpful tone obviously something has changed at Joann's Fabric and from this point on I will pay double rather than go in the store. The other part of my profession is site engine optimization and social media management and I will spread the word in every possible way, that Jo-Ann's Fabric is not the place to buy fabric anymore.
