His profanity laced rant was inappropriate, rude and downright disrespectful. He was talking to a fellow employee over the radio but when I brought this issue to the manager on duty she feigned surprise and shock. Her insincere apology was the final nail in the coffin. We will not ever fuel/stop here again.
