  Rasika was amazing, she taught us so much about our numbers and each other's personal comfort needs. Originally I gave this 5 stars, but when the credit card came in with my boyfriend's first name and my last name I called to get help fixing it, and couldn't figure out how that happened as the application went in only under his name and got absolutely no help at all! Of course the ONLY way this could have happened is if the application to the bank was submitted that way. They didn't randomly just pick someone else's last name. So instead of persisting they had no clue, take a minute to help me to get it right! Instead I got the " go ahead and just fax your ID, SS card, and credit card to this random fax number.... uhhhh NO!
