  the company i started working for has been buying hardware from Southern Blade for about the last ten years. When I had to make an order for 3 inch wood screws, I accidentally ordered a more expensive coated screw. When Chris recognized the account and the odd purchase he called me back to confirm that the order was correct. I quickly realized the mistake and changed the order. He could have easily just let me order the wrong thing and make a little extra money for the store but he did the stand up thing and helped me out. I will now be making purchases from Southern Blade for my personal projects as well.
