  The manager in Ocala (I believe his name was Eric) went above and beyond. My employer purchased boots for everyone last year on Black Friday and one of the employees had a pair of boots that came apart after less than a year. We could not locate receipt but the manager spent a half hour going through the computer trying to find the receipt for us. He was able to find them and the employee was able to return the boots. Excellent customer service!!

  Love Tractor Supply. Easy to get in & out quickly. Well organized. Helpful and friendly employees. The parking lot can be a nitemare some days as it is small & has a single entrance/exit. Not very accommodating if you're a full size truck with a long trailer, but it can be done if you know what you're doing.
