  I recently visited the store, when my LG phone suddenly quit working. I brought in an old phone, to have the number transferred, so that I wouldn't be without. Summer diligently activated my old phone and was even able to recover all of my contacts that I thought were gone forever. I took her quite some time, as this was an old phone, and the technology has changed. She didn't hesitate to take as much time as was needed. Dan provided me with all of the information that I needed to return my LG phone for repair or replacement. Very efficient and friendly staff. By far, the best Verizon Store I've dealt with in the area!

  Julie helped us set up a great deal on two iPhones. She was even able to get the color I wanted. Even tho it seemed no one in town had a black iPhone 8, she was able to order me one. She was helpful in breaking down our bill to give us exact figures of our monthly bill to see if the unlimited plan could fit our monthly budget with 4 people on the plan.
