  I purchased this watch from this store - it was very cheap, but I liked the look and a battery for my old watch would have cost more. After 3 months, the second hand fell off. This didn't bother me until it wedged in and stopped the other arms from moving. I went back to the store and asked if they would merely take the back off for me so I could remove the loose second hand (see arrow). The woman asked another female clerk and then refused to help me. I asked, "Wouldn't you take off the back if I bought a battery for you to put in? That is all I am asking you to do". She just kept saying that she would not take the back off. It will be a cold day in hell before I buy anything from that department again.

  It's very hard to find someone who helps you. The pharmacy there is very confident and well-trained. The head pharmacist is very accommodating and caring, he also has his employees working as a team! Wish the rest of Walmart there could be like that.
